I respectfully ask that you provide at least a 48 hour notification of cancelation and or rescheduling your appointment. In order to book an appointment, you will need to have a card on file. This will help with future appointments. IF for some reason I am notified less than 48 hours, there will be a 50% charge of the service(s) scheduled. If you are unable to fulfill your appointment the second time, there will be a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment. Thereafter, there will be a 50% deposit needed in order to reserve your appointment time. Please understand that when an appointment is canceled last minute without enough notice, others miss the opportunity to get into the salon at their desired time. If you book an appointment within 48 hours, I will need a 24 hour notification if rescheduling/canceling is needed to avoid the 50% charge. If you book within 24 hours, I will need 6 hour notification to avoid the 50% charge.
